How much does a typical job cost?
Pricing depends on scope, site, and material. Send us your scope and you'll get an itemized quotation within 48 hours so you can see exactly what you're paying for. As a reference, our standard 6.2kW hybrid solar package starts at ₱335,000 turnkey. Building wiring and EV charger installs are quoted per site after a quick conversation about your load and layout.
How soon can you start?
For typical residential scopes in Tagbilaran and nearby municipalities, we are usually on site within the same week of contract signing. Larger jobs (solar packages, industrial scopes) require a site visit and design time before scheduling, typically one to two weeks. Emergency callouts for contract clients are honored.
What's the payment schedule?
Every quotation becomes a written contract with milestone billing. Standard structure: a deposit on signing (commonly 30 to 50 percent depending on scope), progress payments tied to milestones, and retention released after the sign-off form is signed. No verbal estimates and no surprise change orders.
Do I pay for the site visit?
For most quotations the initial site visit is free within our usual service area. For sites farther out or very small jobs we may charge a travel fee; we will let you know upfront before scheduling. The site visit is always a conversation, not a sales pitch.
What if the scope changes mid-job?
Any change to the contracted scope becomes a written change order with revised pricing, and work on that change only starts after you sign. The original contract is frozen until then. This keeps you in control and prevents the silent cost creep that informal contractors are known for.
