How fast do you reply?
Quotation requests sent through the form get an itemized reply within one business day, usually faster. Messenger and email are monitored between 8:00 and 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
Do you do free site visits?
Within our usual service area in and around Tagbilaran, the initial site visit for a quotation is free. For sites farther out or very small jobs we may charge a travel fee — you will know upfront before anything is scheduled.
What should I include in my quotation request?
The clearer the scope, the faster and more accurate the quote. Useful details: site address, type of work (wiring, solar, CCTV, EV charger, industrial), rough scale (number of outlets, kW of solar, number of cameras), one or two site photos, and your target timeline. If you are not sure, send what you have — the engineer will fill in the blanks during the site visit.
